Creative interpretations: SF Golden Gate Bridge

This photo was taken by my wife's niece during a recent trip to San Francisco, California, while she and her husband (the driver!) crossed the Golden Gate Bridge.

"Interesting view," I thought. I hope you enjoy creating from it.

Re: Creative interpretations: SF Golden Gate Bridg

Glad you like it Craig. This one's pretty easy. Little Inkpot's Chalkaholic filter and fed that into Impressionist with James Brown II pencil preset and blended that back into the Chalkaholic layer.

Re: Creative interpretations: SF Golden Gate Bridg

Nope; it's a PS plugin. Chalkaholic is free too.

Click here and scan down for the plugin.

Re: Creative interpretations: SF Golden Gate Bridg

oh cool. thanks

ah! i do have that. i just never installed it. lol. you'll have to forgive me; i'm a packrat. i hear of something like that and i go get it and store it and forget to install it. also, i got so distracted with filter forge for the last two years that i havent really done much other plugin installs or even uses.

in fact, i've got the version before he made it into a setup_exe.

Re: Creative interpretations: SF Golden Gate Bridg

Based on your filter list post, I had no doubt that you had this gem Craig.

I will say (no offense of course) that you made a cardinal sin with respect to retouching tools; You became enamored over filter forge. lol

I prefer the free filters myself (you know how cheap I am), but I do wish I got more involved with FF and maybe got a discount version of it at that time, but I pretty much stick with just a handful of filters and manipulate them depending of the effect that I want to achieve and blend things together. To eachs own.
