Can't go back to the gas prices of this era, but you can have fun painting.

Re: Creative Interpretations - Gas Her Up

It's been a while since I used the Pattern Stamp. I think I'm a little rusty.

Goldcoin, that's great- and very convincing. Mind revealing what brushes you used?

Re: Creative Interpretations - Gas Her Up

Hi dkcoats..

Appreciate your nice comment... I'm using some of my Custom made Watercolor & Digital Watercolor brushes..most were created in Painter 6. Then from there, I've played with them in each of the version ...

One of the things, I've learned is that the same brush reacts very different depending on whether it is used as a cloner or regular. Most effect are much better, if not used as a Clone.

Re: Creative Interpretations - Gas Her Up

David Thoiron the creator of Fotosketcher has been working on a painting effect called Expressive Brushstrokes. It's in a beta version that can be downloaded at: http://www.fotosketcher.com/FotoSketcher_beta.exe

I used it here with a little enhancement in Photoshop to bring out the brushstrokes.
