Wow, that reminds me of a color negative, or someplace I wouldn't want to walk alone at night. Great moody piece.

Hey guys/gals, what is PST and DTN? I wish that there was a dictionary of these terms here for this Mac user.

Re: Creative Interpretations - Morning Walk

gunner, the word on the street about filter forge for mac is, this fall... coming soon to a theatre near you that's from the head guy, himself. now what 'fall' means, i dont really know, but he's thinking this fall. and one of the programmers let us know that the mac version is working right now in shop. so, it's in a sort of late alpha stage right now.

plus, from my own experience, this would be a very good time to contact the developers there and ask if you can beta test. i'm sure they'll put you on the list. they arent quite to the testing stage yet and we havent heard if it'll be open or closed beta, so, now might be a good time to drop the hint you're interested. the last time we beta tested, 311 of us got the program free. so, it's well worth the effort to be a tester.

and, if i'm guessing correctly, and i hope i am, the pc version may see a decent upgrade at the same time as the release of the mac version. this is only my guess, folks, so dont say that's what i said for sure.

at any rate, it's looking good for the mac version and we've also gotten some teasers of thnigs to come in the pc version 2.xx, but i'll let you go wander in the FF forum for more on that

My morning walk version. To many steps to remember. I swear I am not suffering from a memory loss, I had it checked a month ago.

Gunner, great painting. Did you do it in Photoshop? Love the soft colors. Can you do me a favor and run Filter/Stylize/Diffuse/Aniosotropic on a Stamp Merged layer? Edit/Fade to taste if necessary? Then post the result? This may help remove some of the very fine pixelation (especially in the blacks) that makes it a dead give away as being digital art.

Re: Creative Interpretations - Morning Walk

Could be very interesting as well as rewarding. Especially considering the talent you would bring to bear on that beta model.
