Re: Blackberry

Youthful memories of a walk in the woods with an empty coffee can looking for blackberries N blueberries... Years later mom said she got sick of me bringing in those darn berries every weekend for her to fix! (cause I would bring her 3 to five coffee cans full)

Just a simple combination from me.

Ol baldy blackberrys always bring back childhood memories, going to collect them and then making pies or jam with both my grandparents and my parents (then having all the thorns i had aquired being "dug" out ) like your combination

nice touch the background Craig

Re: Blackberry

I decided to get creative with these two. I cut the blackberries and the leaf out of the respective pictures. Then I combined them into one layer. I laid the layer down on a table and warped it slightly and gave it a shadow. Then I created the table using only the colors from the blackberries and leaf (duplicated the background, inverted it and changed the blend mode to Difference. Made tiles for the table top. Then I made the floor with the same technique i did for the table top but added some noise and used the glass filter on it. The background is the same colors but I added a sandstone texture.
