Hummingbirds

Palms said there are no hummingbirds in England. This thread is for Palms. She is a great lady who loves to paint. Enjoy them one and all--but especially Palms.

Janet

P.S. I expect great things from you Palms. No pressure, huh?

Re: Hummingbirds

Both of those look great, Palms. How do you like that method in the left image? I think it looks great for the hummingbirds. I can see a series of these birds on a wall printed on a good watercolor stock.

All I meant was how do you like the look of that method in comparison with other water color-like methods.

Re: Hummingbirds

The one i used on the left image is one of the easiest around and one of the first i found
I have 4 or 5 methods for watercolour that i use and i like them all on certain images, what works well on one dosnt always work as well on others
The problem i have is finding a texture i like for watercolours that has proved hard so far ! ! !
