Wow, they are all so wonderful, I hesitate to add the two I did today. but here they are, done using Corel Painter and Painter Essentials.

Nice glow effect lkroll quite like a orton effect

Gunner, thanks for letting us play with your sweet photo.

Some tough acts to follow here.

I set out with a rough idea of what I wanted to do and wound up doing something else altogether.

Don't we all? But what a great outcome, I love it. It's so interesting to see all the variations that you all bring to the forums. I just love it.

thanks, palms

i like yours, as well. nice canvas texture for the soft kitty.

and mine wasnt a straight sketch/ink/pencil drawing. it just sort of ended up that way. so, yes, it was kind of a cross between things
