Photo's I promised Palms1

Hi Palms,
Here's the photo's I promised you, I could'nt resist the close up, reminds me of something that someone once said "here's lookin at ya kid" i wonder who that was!!
Maybe you could talk Swampy, Janet, OlBaldy and Lyle and all the others to have a go at it to, I love seeing their work.

So many talented people in this forum.
Barry.

Re: Photo's I promised Palms1

This time I used a GIMP Script-fu to create the AC with border average preset. I also have a CS2 Action to do this, but I'm now back in GIMP world again. lol

I'd love to participate. Thanks for the confidence vote. You made my day. However, I'm having some eye issues these days (need new glasses and/or a larger monitor), and can't see well enough to do the art work as well as I would like.

I'll settle by telling you honestly that these are great pictures. Those of us who are land locked enjoy water birds. Thanks for sharing.

Janet

Re: Photo's I promised Palms1

Thanks for the links Lyle, I've downloaded the action as well, going to be fun to play with it.

Janet, sorry to hear about your eye problems, and thanks for the compliment, I can tell you now that your work is that good nobody would notice any mistakes anyway.

If you guy's want more photo's of water birds, i've got heaps, pelicans, swans, cormerants etc.,

Regards,
Barry.

Hello Peter,

Very nice effect, I like it a lot. Yes it was "Bogey" and I think it was from the ever classic 'Casablanca'.

Re: Photo's I promised Palms1

Hello everybody, beautiful work. I can’t say which one I like the most.
I look through all the art threads everyday and I’m admiring every piece of work.
Sorry I can’t join now to share the fun. I’m a little busy with my family life at this moment, but I’m around and I will come back to play.

Christine
