Smile Spring time- 'Ain't love grand'

Some more photo's as promised,

Palms! you might recognise these two "tweeties"

Can't wait to see what you guy's do with these two.

I'm not posting my effort, nowhere near good enough, they look like mutants after a nuke attack.
At the moment i'm just happy to post the photo's and watch the magic unfold.

Barry.

Barry, Thanks for the play but I have to ask.. What have you got against mutants after a nuke attack?
Someone who shall remain nameless may get upset if you don't put forward your efforts!

Lyle and OlBaldy, I like both your efforts, my pleasure to share, what amazes me is how you respond so quickly.

Ok OlBaldy, I will post one of my efforts in a couple of days, after I've had a couple of drinks(no make that a lot of drinks)

What type of photo's do you like best?

Regards,
Barry.

Re: Spring time- 'Ain't love grand'

They are Lorikeets which have to be on record as being the nosiest birds i have ever heard ! ! ! ! !

Ol Baldy you have become the "bird" person that is another super rendition

mind you i agree with you that Bazza must post his images and all newbies we all started somewhere and you do gain more confidence and get more help with posting
and Bazza would that be some of the amber nectar you will be taking (Lager)

Not sure on this one i started of on the wrong foot and just kept going ( you best share some of your drinks Bazza)

added another version of my first with a few alterations

Amicca I think your "Sharp Smudge" is pretty.... Sharp! Good job on this one!

Palms, The leaves are a great artistic addition and add balance to the picture. The stick seems to come out of that poor lil birdies head though. A simple fix would be putting a wide gap between the stick and the head.. Other than that, I think it is beautiful the way you got rid of all the clutter.. and your bird work is exceptional. Excellent work!

Here! Here! Amber Nectar!! Share!

Re: Spring time- 'Ain't love grand'

Thank you OB, looking at it now I realize that I should have desaturated the background some...well, next time :-)

Palms, I love your work on the birds, but - to me - the bg looks sort of empty...not sure about this one..while y'all get inspired by Amber nectar, I should get some grape nectar :-)
