Mine:
a) Color: Multiple layers rendered by Impressionist plugin, merged and sharpened a little. Colors enhanced with Selective Color and Hue/Sat adjustment layers.

b) BW interpretation: Used Photoshop CS3 BW adjustment layer, Green channel and Nik Silver Efex Pro plugin.

Del Shannon? Palms....I'm sure you are not old enough to remember Del Shannon!

But I don't know why "Run Away" wouldn't fit.

Or maybe:

"Always going, don't know where,
