Creative interpretations: Eye close-up
"Here's looking at you!"

I saw a photo similar to this one in a book I was reading today and convinced my daughter to volunteer.

My interpretation:
* Photoshop > Pixelate > Mosaic (on top of)
* Andrew's Plugins: Paint Blocked

Been quite a while since I've posted. Long story, Lasik gone wrong (still going wrong).
What a fitting picture to come back to!

Some really nice work by everyone! Great picture! New submissions to Adobe?
