I used Photoshop at first, then went to Painter X, finished up with Photoshop CS4. Other than that I cannot recall. Seems I found a new (to me) filter that I applied after doing a lot of other things to the image. Some sharpening, anisotropic filter, then some more sharpening, smudging. Two other different filters in Photoshop also. Can't recall more than that.
