One correction... When you ALT click to make the mask, you need to use a 50% white brush to smooth the edges. Black brush on a black mask no workie. LOL

Here's my first attempt, I added just a smudgen of Liquify twirl in selected areas then standard smudge brush for the magazine, background etc.

I tried the fake smudge why, but it was coming out very similar to the other ones, so I went back to the traditional way.
