Lyle, I am not sure if it is the right word, but it looks like "damast stitching", or "gobelin"-effect, nice :-)

Peter, love that old feel..sort of grungy sketch, long lost and found again :-)

Thank you, OlBaldy. Now that is stunning! I must admit that I use the impressionist whenever I have no idea what to do to a pic to mess it up :-) Must have a closer look at it, wonder how you tickled out all the detail...
