good pic, peter and even a better sketch rendition.

and lyle, i love the freehand, abstract sketch.

and swampy, i can almost see the watercolors sitting next to you on this one. very nice.

and palms, a lovely 'essence' type.

and alan, also some great work with ahb. i'm gonna have to look at that some day... some day.

and byRo, good to see you around again! very cool rendition. not real crazy about the grainy look, but love the overall concept!

This interpretation is loosely based on Richard Ramsey's method. (In his video he demonstrates a foundational technique from which other creative workflows can sprout.)

I wrestled with the partial color; decided to go with it...
