Chinese new year

Here are some snaps taken today to celebrate the new year ( year of the ox 2009)
sorry they are not brilliant, too many people around but someone might be able to have some fun with them

may add some more in the week if i get chance

oh and Happy new year (for the 26th )

Wow Palms; excellent idea and well done. Way to lazy to handsketch anything (without a Wacom that I am).

Lyle this is the workflow with the action in post 2 I know you have a version of ps now so you might be able to follow it but do it with a loose brush style ( but on this i only used the brush on one layer to get the look i wanted )

some images work a lot better than others though ( as usual)

Excellent action Palms. I ran a few Xero filters and did some color enhances too. Thanks.

Glad it is of use to you Lyle, i made the action as i used the workflow so often i was wearing the keyboard out ! ! ! ! !
