This was done - almost completely in ArtRage (cheated some doing the outline in PS, as I don't like the tracing function in AR much) Enjoy!

Amica, that looks GOOD! Thanks for the play!

Just Photoshop_V7, a couple "Graphic Pen" layers set to lighten one with.. bass relief and a feather texture added.. eliminated black.. along with a bunch of trial and error stuff

Thank you OlBaldy, it's a nice little proggie and I really like the brush strokes it produces, but a little difficult to get used to I really like your rendition, too very painterly and soft look
