Another from SXC, I thought might challenge some of you.

No real tute, but a simple how to. Right now I can't attach the brush I used, I seem to have lost WinZip, but if you search my older posts you'll find links to a description of it.

Hope it helps

Peter

Interesting subject. I'm always looking for a good pencil effect.

Here's one using ALien Skin Snap Art Pencil.

Re: Medalion Man

For the sensitive, please don't barf. lol

Also, if you do a plain luma-desat, it makes a good pencil sketch.

Thank you Skydog, was a rather quick chop Simplyfied with Topaz Vivacity, added a black layer above, empty layer with fx bevel and emboss on that Art history brush TM Spatter 15A for large strokes, blank layer on top some more ahb with smaller brush, normal history brush to paint some details (from the simplyfied version) back....

Re: Medalion Man

Nice work everyone.

What a great subject. That guy's got real character which just jumps out of so many of your "pictures".

I haven't been around for a while and I'd forgotten how much I enjoy just browsing other people's work.
