Re: AMAZING PICS, How to do this style

<<Sorry for the double post. but this would confuse the first post of mine.>>

Another way is similar, multi-layers, but use totally different plugins for each layer.

eg:

Layer 1 - VirtualPainter5 watercolour
Layer 2 - VirtualPainter5 airbrush (or use this on layer 3 for clothing of single model)
Layer 3 - Photoshop dry paint
Layer 4 - Impressionist Old master loose
Layer 5 - Impressionist old master tight small.

The resoning here is each layer get 'damaged' less as it goes up in number. You can afford to 'damage' layer three a little - it represents model clothes, so something that rubbles the edge of the clothes but leaves the main detail would be good.

Hi Fluffbutt

Hey thank you for all that info, any chance of doing an example to see?

Download? YES - you need to have impressionist, it's that good, and that much fun!!

VirtPainter is a $$ tool, but you can substitute other things for it - buzz 3 is free, and that can mimic VP's watercolour or airbrush. PS's own oil brush thingy can sort-of mimiv VP's oilpainting preset.

Impressionist is available fromTrimoon blog/website (serch on here for it), Buzz 3 also from there.

This is Richard Ramsey's work, and he has some excellent instructional videos. They're reviewed here:

You can also download the Impressionist plugin from my website at :
http://photoart-tutorials.com/index_tutorials.htm

It's at the bottom of the page, along with many freebies.

That looks more like a digital painting than an effect.
