Interesting old street car.
I used Photoshop, Topaz Adjust 3, and then Akvis sketch to arrive at my colored illustration type.

Like the copper plate one Gerry. Anyway, just experimenting again. Used Linetracer (after a lot of pre-processing) to get the line-art and then widened the lines.

Such a charming little picture, couldn't help trying one myself. PS filter DarkStrokes 7-1-1 on a Soft light blend layer
over
original pic on Normal blend layer, Saturation boost and new sky added
texturized with sandstone.
