Thanks for the play, Gary.
I tweaked in CS4 with Topaz Adjust/Simplify, then painted in Painter Essentials.
Texture back in CS4.

Thanks Gary. Been playing with metallic looks for photos and just applied what I've learned to get it to a watercolor.
