Still playing with my Spyder's web lace stitch technique. Attached is an extremely compressed result. Click here for higher quality version.

Re: how about a some flowers?

Love the flowers Palms.

I played a little with the Topaz Simplify 2 plugin. Applied two styles, used their watercolor settings and set ps layer to color on top of their underpainting settings with ps layer set to normal. Not quite a 'Swampy' ps watercolor but fun way to start my day :-)

Thank you very much. Nice flowers too, looks more like something that would just be out in the wild, not a backyard

These are really neat. dweekley-I like how yours ended up with no edges. I went with bright colors.

Thanks Nasturtim. Yours is so bright and cheery.
It always amazes me how many different ideas come up in a post like this. They are all so great!

Enjoyed the many fine renditions. Mine has black edging and a slight paint effect with borders faded.

Re: how about a some flowers?

I thought I'd put this in the right spot instead of the portrait thread.
I am telling you, I'm losing it quickly.

And following up on my idea, here is what I was listening to when I worked on it. Til somebody yells at me for doing it.
