Thanks Lonnie, enjoying all the versions. For the town scene, I played a bit with the focal point and depth of field, then used Impressionist for a paint effect. The harbor scene same as, except painted the sky coarsely, painted the remainder finely, then an overall Impressionist paint effect.

i used buzz with some sharpening and colour tweaks

I used Topaz Simp, AHB, Topaz Clean, masks, Hue/Sat, Curves, Levels, textures.
