Awww...this was just so gosh-darned cute.

I had fun with the liquify filter, distorted selections and painting on a color blend layer. The title? Well, let's just say that a strong woman starts at an early age

Kliph, The basic distortion is really just PS Liquify combined with lots of practice. There is also an action, which I've since deleted on my computer, which adds to the overall "artiness" of the image. If I come across it again I'll forward to you. It's not India Ink alone. I've tried (trust me) to fine the magic single filter to do all, but alas, I've pretty much given up. I used a blend of India Ink, some vector line art simplication (I used Line Tracer on a modified original to get line outlines) which I blended with the India Ink result and also blended a seamless line texture in the dark areas.
