For Swampy...

and of course others that would like to play.

Hey, Deedee, hope you have a chance to stop by and play a little...

Originals from sxc, but weren't able to add them to my lightbox. Just search for the image numbers if you want to.

Have fun

Re: For Swampy...

I'm missing Dee Dee too Amica. Hope she is doing better.

Anyway, just fine-tuning my spiderweb thread technique. I genetically engineered a spider that can weave colored silk.

Here's the complete rendition; attached is a lower quality crop.

Re: For Swampy...

Thought I'd try one, used a black-black/white gradient overall, colored gradients from the four corners to a focal point, used an edging. The second was simplified and the edges were contorted. For the third it was high contrast color.

Re: For Swampy...

Thanks all; not a genious; just like tinkering and figuring things out and using tools in new ways (repackaging; lol). I really like how Flaming Pear's Leaf filter does it's thing; very unique and know no other filter that can do this time of effect.

Re: For Swampy...

Since I like GIMP, I thought I would do a Gimp tapestry (not to be confused with GIMP the editing software package; lol).

Click following link for full rendering; attached is a crop.
