Found this on sxc today and just had to smudge it Have fun

Thanks Amica.I used Virtual Painter's Gothic oils setting and then applied a layer mask to get rid of some of the brush strokes, I then used Buzz Pro and then applied two textures to add some color and I used layer masks on them.Hope this makes sense
