Re: Medieval pictures

Finished up with PaintEngine, first with the poster preset and then with the mass poster preset. Followed aartist's recommendation on removing the wires.

Re: Medieval pictures

Somehow I missed these. Here are a couple of the guard. The first in an old portrait style and the second just an aged look. I must say however, that the hand on the hip and the smile somewhat take away from what would have been the serious nature of the time?

Re: Medieval pictures

Glad that you revived this thread Sylvia. Cool aged renditions too Skip. Anyway, I'm toying with a new pencil sketch flow that involves using Little Inkpot's free Chalkaholic filter. Not good for the darks though, so I have to separate that process (my dilemna for now).

Re: Medieval pictures

Separated the lows and highs using Chalkaholoc again. Also added Impressionsi>#pencil>Geo Chaotic Chrome (my favorite pencil preset; mod it to my liking of course). A little happier with this result then my last.

Well, it's up to you to erase that smile! As for the hand, stick a dagger in it! LOL
