Nice image. Your Painter rendition came out really nice. For mine, applied a few gradients to change the colors a bit and then painted.

I like beautiful colorful Autumn.

I adjust Ink Outlines filter, vibrance, highlights/shadow, and contrast.

Thanks for sharing and the play PM; found out that Autotrace no longer works properly in 7 (Potrace still does though), so I had to add Autotrace to my VM and ran it there for this rendition.

Amica - very nice, very painterly - love the texture.
I did a couple versions with DAP and Photoshop. This is one of them.
