Hi Everyone, I had been a member here a few years back - it's good to be back! I'm currently using Photoshop CS4 extended. I can't get my impessionist plugin to show up when I'm in Photoshop. I'm using the plugin I got from Trimoon's site. I believe I've followed the instructions in the read me correctly for file placement, but still no luck. Now, to be honest I haven't used any plugins in CS4 until now, so it maybe something very obvious I'm missing, but could some please help to get Impressionst setup and working. Thanks for any information! John

Re: Hello - And Impressionist Help Please :) I forgot to mention... I'm using a 64bit Vista system. Am I out of luck with Impressionist on my machine?

Re: Hello - And Impressionist Help Please :) I am running Impressionist plug in from Trimoon's web cite in CS3, Win 7 64 bit. Not sure it that's close enough. You need to copy plug in and all the accompanying fodders to PS plug in directory.

Re: Hello - And Impressionist Help Please :) Hi - Thanks for responding, but I see elsewhere that this is probably a CS4 issue, because non of my other older plugins (paint engine, etc) are working either

Re: Hello - And Impressionist Help Please :) If you've got Photoshop 64bit, don't expect ANY of your old 32bit plugs to work in it I guess.

Re: Hello - And Impressionist Help Please :) If you have loaded CS4 64Bit , the installation should also have loaded a 32bit version of PS. This way you can use most of your 32bit filters. I'm running win7 63bit OS, and use the 32 bit PS when I need filters like impressionist. Hope this works for you. Joe
