OK, I did a more conventional one this time. The full size version is nicer and less fussy looking.

Re: Daisies in Vases

Nice find Amy, thanks for the play!

Daisy Bell

There is a flower within my heart,
Daisy, Daisy,
Planted one day by a glancing dart,
Planted by Daisy Bell.
Whether she loves me or loves me not
Sometimes it's hard to tell,
But there are those that would share the lot
Of beautiful Daisy Bell.

Chorus:

Daisy, Daisy, give me your answer, do,
I'm half crazy all for the love of you.
It won't be a stylish marriage -
I can't afford a carriage,
But you'd look sweet upon the seat
Of a bicycle built for two.

Hello Lynn, I have enjoyed all your art, I like your bright bold style and many unique presentations. Please do not stop showing your work, don't be discouraged :-)) We all learn from each other and the only way to do that is by sharing our work, be what it may.

You nailed it. Fun program to work with.

And...I much appreciate the comments, coming from our resident Impressionist expert!

Re: Daisies in Vases

I almost didn't upload mine after seeing everyone else's wonderful edits but it is a nice wallpaper (1680x1050).

Isn't that always the way? I decided that I wasn't really a painting girl, just filters for me and then I figure out painting in Photoshop.

Re: Daisies in Vases

Some really great renderings in this thread. Here is my attempt using DAP (Graphite Smudge AOP - Default palette) & additional processing in PSPv9.

Thanks for looking.
