Making Art with a scanner, Whats his Name?!

For a personal project I am looking for inspiration on making art with a scanner.
Some time ago I saw work by this Artist who makes enormous works by using a scanner, and I regret not writing down his name. I hope someone here knows his name.
All I know is:

• His work is worth quite a lot of money
• He makes collages with a scanner
• The works are often quite large
• They look very surealistic, but almost like normal photo's

I hope someone can help me.
