Trimoon (Stephen LeQuier) mugged, injured

I just learned of something very sad at DPReview...

One of the founding fathers of "photo-art," long time RP contributor Trimoon (aka Stephen LeQuier) was recently a victim of a mugging. Besides being seriously beaten, his wallet and all his photo gear were ripped off.

See the details here (about 2/3 of the way down after the 'hospital visit'):

Lousy luck for such a terrific guy.

I read that as well and found it quite disturbing. I hope by the information he was able to provide (and any trails left by the use of his credit cards, etc.), these folks can be located and dealt with.

Between this and young girls ending up in shallow graves, it's getting too dangerous to go outside alone anymore!

Hello everyone,

Thank you for your concern. I am recovering and hope to be back up to speed in three or four weeks. Still going to physical therapy. Maybe by then I'll know about my dear, one way or the other.

Thank you all.
Steve

Nice to see you back up and 'at em! Hope the physical therapy is not too arduous and it's good to see you back, even in a limited capacity.

So sorry. Want to echo all the shocked and angry posts, and wish I could click undo or use the healing brush to make it go away. Prayers for a full and speedy recovery.
