Sylvia-love the clean outlines and bright colors in your first. The 2nd has a gorgeous 'sketch' quality to it. lol. I think the appeal for me is to know how they lived back then and it makes me extremely grateful for my state of the art kitchen
Mitch-I can't believe you got that from my picture. The warping really gives it a convincing traditional media feel (van Gogh in his Provencal phase maybe?)

Thanks Nasturtium, I didnt like the distortion at first - but then I decided I Did.

lol; I actually have tried know art in the past, but couldn't get it to look right. Don't know if I want to spend the energy to try it again though. lol
