My apologies for the lousy extraction (more like lazy; lol) job. Just not my cup of tea. Anyway, I followed it up with a Droste (did this one too and actually had it printed at Wal-Greens; very happy with the result and am going to frame it as well).

some lovely renditions here. i especially like yours, fran.

did one of my own. a little dodge and burn, lighten/darken, contrasting, blend modes, tone mapping (something new in psp x3) and a little kitchen sink just for good measure

I adjust vibrance, contrast and color level then add rain drops and
blending mode: soft light.
