Re: Yellow digger

I'm sure you'll all be interested in knowing the French word for it: tractopelle.
Processed with Fractalius.

Re: Yellow digger

Thanks Palms,

Very different subject matter to work with in this image, the classic building with a very industrial piece of equipment. I gave it a very harsh look, oversharpend image to get a gritty look.

Re: Yellow digger

Here's a subdued pencil with a hint of color of the yellow back track excavator bucket hoe digger thing. Wish I had one to play with!

Re: Yellow digger

Sorry I'm getting this in so late in the posting.
I loved playing with this pic. So many contrasts, approaches, etc. I knew I wanted to separate the machine from everything else, simplified it enhancing the yellow (i heart yellow), and subdued the bkground w/ a channel adjustment &...I forgot. So anyway, it began to look super industrial so, added words, went for a work poster look. Besides, I really haven't had the need to use that font called "socket" and this was a good opportunity.
Great work, ALL! You inspire.
