VW Beetle

This is my sons new love ! ! ! he has just got it on the road (today) so far he has concentrated on getting its MOT which involved a fair bit of welding as well as having to learn about distributors. sparkplugs, points etc ( he has only ever driven modern cars !) Now it is up and running he will be moving onto the restoration side ( his job is in car body repairing )
I had a little tour in it, surprisingly little room inside, smooth ride though but did sound like a tank ( i know classic beetle sound )
anyway thought you might like a mess around with the photo, due to the rain there is some haziness but should be able to get round it
Oh the other thing is we have a race on to see who can restore it fastest me on the pc or him in a garage ( need a better photo though !)

enjoy
