oversharpened
saved a copy of the green channel
simplified and blurred
restored detail with the green channel (as a mask)
played with color - individual channels, color balance and variations

that made it too green so I used 'apply image' to darken the green channel with a copy of the blue and reduced the opacity of that layer...

Alan, Grant and Nancy more stunning works,

I had wondered if there was many of us left out there as the forums had been quiet lately but no you are all still there with some fantastic techniques and style
