Re: Market at Courseulles-sur-mer

Thanks for the play Sylvia; I agree with you. An illustration definitely is in order. Experimenting with a cool new Script-fu at the Registry for the edge effects (rarely do things, but think it does add to the illustration; hope you do so too).

Thanks Sylvia. Would have linked the Script-fu earlier but the Registry was down.

Re: Market at Courseulles-sur-mer

Hi Sylvia,

I combined serveral layers in PS, for layer blending and masking of the layers to get the look I want. I used DAP to create a few of the layers, AHB and a sketch layer for the others, Never sure of the outcome, just make adjustments until I am happy with the result.

Thanks
Peter

Re: Market at Courseulles-sur-mer

Skip, thanks...it's hard to recall the details, but I began with the Dynamic Auto Painter (modified all the settings), then the Impressionist Plugin was applied using a mask. Color changes and sharpening were painted on also using masks. Hope that helps. Alan

The woman got annoyed after seeing her husband jump like a lunatic with both arms stretched as I was shooting my picture . I think she was embarrassed by his behavior .
Anyways this is the second picture as I junked the first one

Great versions of this picture, I like them!!!

Hi Gang...

Fun pic, Sylvia. Couldn't resist a little play... Impressionist + Akvis sketch.

Really like sketch look, Skip, and painted effect, Alan. Your work continues to inspire.

Cheers,

Danny
