In another forum, one of the members told us of this site:

It is a random Google Street view generator (???). We have used it to obtain scenes that we then use to create our Photo Art.

The first is a screen capture of the Google Street view image. It was cropped and tweaked prior to painting.

The second is my attempt at painting using DAP (Funky Oil AOP) with post processing in PSPv9.

Globe Genie is a great way to visit many places around the world that you'd never get an opportunity to do so in person.
