Place Jacques cartier

Photo taken in Place Jacques Cartier in old Montreal.

Watercolour produced following Vitaly's tutorial.

I did have fun with it. Thanks, Gene, for sharing. You seem to have mastered Vitaly's great technique.

I used CS2 and Postworkshop for mine.

Turn off desat layer

Man, am I glad I don't have to pick a winner from all these. Palms had it right when she said, "Great interpretations by everyone."

Grant & Skip, love your use of pencil sketches. When I first played with this photo, I did line art versions - one B&W, one colour. The image works quite well with that style. (I think I favour the B&W version just a tad more. <smile> Both these are done in PSPv9.
