And where is that? Behind the computer, or here in Thailand?

Re: Thailand

Great series, Sylvia! Looks like you are having lots of fun.

You once mentioned a "travel agency" for Asia trips, would you be so kind and pm me the link? My sister is planning to spend her 25th wedding anniversary in Thailand BTW I wouldn't mind to travel there too

Thailand would be much better, but as you probably already guessed, it's behind the computer.

Are you kidding? I'm staying right here! This is home for me .
We won't be leaving Asia until the end of April.

Amica, I'm sending you a private email with the details.

Great versions so far! (I love your 1st one, Palms, that's exactly what I thought would suit this image the best, but we will see what else can be done with it ).

Re: Thailand

Another wonderful set of captures Sylvia. I used G'MIC Tone mapping preset along with a blend of FotoSketcher's Oil Pastel Sketch for this result.

Re: Thailand

Sylvia,

Your Thailand photos always get my nostalgia going. Thanks for sharing.

Here's my PostWorkshop version of Wat Pho. If memory serves, it's the home of the big reclining Buddha, yes?

Re: Thailand

Ah; see I'm rubbing off some on Skip. lol

Try to keep up. Found a cool way to emulate stitching using G'MIC's b/w hard sketch preset.

Why don't you come back here? It really is a great country.

Yes, that's where it is. I totally love Wat Pho (pronounced Wat Po). It's a very quiet area full of little temples, stupas/spikes, weird looking statues, and monks resting under the trees...
