This really did not start out to look corney or steriotyped in any way. It just happened. However, it's rather pleasing to me nonetheless.

Used Akvis Nature for rain & clouds, gradient overlays for sun & rainbow. Oh, first, used Topaz Simp. Just me & my machine tonight!
