Some more sketches ... more experimenting.

I did the usual colour dodge blend trick and applied accented edges and glowing edges, cross hatch and coloured pencil filters.

Thanks, Sylvia. I'm rather pleased with the way my sketches are evolving. It helps to have good pics to work with.

It seems strange now, after over a decade working with PS, that only 4 months ago I considered the artistic filters to be useless. This place, and the forumites that inhabit it, is an inspiration.

I used to be of the same opinion, but if you use them on a duplicate layer and adjust the opacity, you can get some neat effects.
