Re: landsape

I wasn't particularly happy with my first version of this so I gave it another try.

A try at faking an IR

Dup, lumina-invet and set the layer property to difference then the overall result inverted. Did some Wavelet Decompose Degrunging to add some glow like effect to the result (as wel as clean it up some).

Re: landsape

Everyone's results far exceeded my expectations for this shot. After seeing the results from everyone I really didn't want to display this, but, oh well...

And I wish I could get a handle on Postworkshop. Lyle, your descriptions went way over my head but your colorful results made me yearn for the super sat effects on a cloudy day.

Re: landsape

Lyle - I love to see your experiments
Veronica - I feel that way about all of the edits I post here... For Postworkshop I just try to figure out one thing at a time...there are just too many options in the darn thing. I like the black brushstrokes in your version
Alex - Thank you! Your first version is astounding - the second one has such wonderful brush swirls. CS6 huh...
