Cologne skyline - creative interpretation

You may do whatever you like with your edit.

I was playing with the PS glass filter and pushed the sliders all the way up and kinda liked the 'Klimt' effect

this is an HDR layer mixed with the glass filter

First version is just combined with a Wyoming Sky I recently shot.

The second is that version played with in SnapArt
