Birthday collage: Need Your Help

Me again, Having already posted the above message and pic, I began to wonder if I should have gotten permissing of the owner of the pic to use it. I'm sure it hads been discussed before here, but I have not been in the habit of 'publishing' any of my work outside my immediate family, so such things are new to me. Anyone? Bob

Not as apparent in this grayscale version, but when I saw the image of Basil's that Lisa uploaded I immediate thought of David Caruso, who's career appears to have been rescued by the new "CSI-Miami" series. It's the red hair.

Anyway, here's Basil with his old sidekick Andy Sipowitz (Dennis Franz) hanging out at the station house.

Danny -- you're right!! He makes a great David Caruso.

Bob -- you bring up an excellent point. I worried a bit about that after I uploaded mine, and I've changed it enough so it's not so "obvious" -- but that doesn't answer the question.

Your image is not recognizable, in my opinion, and shouldn't be a problem. We do have to ensure that we don't violate anyone's copyright, even when we're "doing it all in fun".

So sorry that you're having to go through more treatments, and more sorry that the timing is so bad. Hopefully, working on this special treasure will help somewhat to get you through another hard time. He will treasure it, you're so right!

Basil really like that show too! LOL. His head suits that picture to a T. Too funny Danny.

Hey, Lisa -- have you come up with any more Birthday creations for Basil, or do you have enough transpositions for your powerpoint program?

I just finished a slideshow using Pictures to EXE ($24) which worked quite well with transitions, comments on the screen, and adding music and sound clips. It was for someone that I don't know well, and I had a lot of fun doing it -- but I was thinking that it would be even MORE fun to do for someone I loved! Hope you're having enough time to have the fun of putting it together.

I think its a great idea for a birthday treat, its something different.
My sister seems to think i'm a bit of a ladies man so for my birthday she decided to make a poster of me to get me back, i'll post it here to hopefully give you some idea's.
