Photo Art Photoshop ACTION: David Rowley's Hollywood Bowl method

I just added David Rowley's "Hollywood Bowl" tutorial (click HERE) to the "Mother of all Photo-art Tutorial Links" post (click HERE).

Inspired by his results, I wrote an action based on his method.

NOTE:
To achieve the same results as illustrated in the attached before/after image, you will need to change the opacity of the action-generated "B. Find Edges" layer to 60-85 or so, depending on the value selected in the Gaussian blur step.

I'll be the first to admit this effect does NOT work on all images. But it does on some. Here's another before / after example.
