Thanks for the info. I found out I already have them. I had downloaded Buds Frames and Actions yesterday and did not realise they were in the actions.

I misread retpmikl's link... meant to point you to Bud Guinn's actionized versions of the David Rowley methods. Sorry 'bout that.

Not to worry that it sez "frames." The zip includes two action sets, on of which is frames -- the other "arty actions."
