NYC 5 bridge bike-a-thon 1

My husband took this candid shot of his friend on the Statn Island ferry on their way to the bike-a-thon. I like the image - hope you do too!

Okay, don't shoot me, it's another B&W, but this is perfect for it. There is no important color, there is a real story apparent, and a great spread of brightness. I think it captures a mood. I find myself asking if he's nervous, tired, disappointed, etc. Looks like he's in Europe. I used a little more toning color for this one and a little bit of diffuse glow.

BillC-- too funny again!

Bill M - love the look you got with this - and you are right on the money - it works perfect with this image!

Now the story, this was taken on the way into the city, nervous -- very nervous.
