Thank you Skyopal will look into it later, had a quick peek and it will please some people here as it is in psp ( but can be used in either) the psp'ers are crying out for a smudging tut

i`m really new in this and i will like to learn haw to do smudge paint,is there anyone that can help me and explain me stepby step how can i turn a picture in to a real paint
