Color correction, Dry brush filter. Paint with Pattern Stamp and various brushes. Smart Sharpened. Duped and set new to Multiply with opacity at about 80%. Ran Dry Brush filter several times on the dupe.

couldn't resist having a go. I hope I haven't aged her too much, in any case a layer of light texture would probably soften it down a bit.
