Jeff -- nice work! The smile looks real to me, and the overall look is excellent.

Janet, Well done. (Although it's curious the "Paint" layer in your palette looks empty.) I've tried a couple times for an 'old world' look without much success. Which layer(s) do you think provided the look in yours?

Jeff, I love the smile. I should have used your image for my base.

Here's a Painter8 sketch using the Cloners>ChalkCloner on the Sketchbook paper variant. I started with some color correction in Elements2. Ended by added a few strokes freehand to represent the towel (which wasn't cloning well). Somehow, I feel I've lost most her childness. Any ideas what's missing or needs removed to bring the child back?

-Mark

Axle, again I'm impressed by your work. You do amazing stuff to a >100 kb picture, or two, or three....

She really looks like she belongs on the cover of National Geographic.

Sometimes less is more. I, too, like that hint of a smile. I hope you'll share more of your subtle manipulations with us in the future.
